Open Eudora as you normally would to check your email

Here is the main screen simply click on
Options under Tools to change server settings

In the SMTP Server (Outgoing): box if the server is listed as pop3.wcoil.com
click in the field and delete that and type in smtp.wcoil.com
NOTE: ONLY TYPE IN smtp.wcoil.com IN SMTP SERVER (OUTGOING)FIELD
if smtp.wcoil.com is already type in then make sure and put a check in Allow authentication
Click on OK and you are done!
